I drink a lot of unflavored sparkling water, and recently had my first four cavities of my life, all as an adult in my late-thirties. I’ve upped my tooth-care regimen to significantly since then, but was no slouch before. Now I’m wondering if the slight negative effect is worth it.

There should be a disclaimer warning anyone that uses their kitchen that an open concept is awful for everyone else in the house.

We’re very close to houses being built or remodeled to to accommodate deliveries.  A vestibule on a single family home with the interior door locked separately from the electronically-controlled lock on the exterior door makes a lot of sense.

A lot of modern stereo receivers offer bluetooth and even AirPlay audio streaming. If OP already has speakers, hooking up receivers in those areas would make use of them. Some receivers also offer outputs for 2 rooms, so one could cover two adjacent areas, like the shop and garage possibly, with just one receiver.

I wondered the same. I briefly owned a 4-door Tacoma, and the back seat was unusable for adults. If this thing has the backseat of an SUV instead of a Tacoma or Colorado, it’s got a good shot at being successful.
