I’m pretty sure my first EV will be either that Rivian SUV (once they start selling sub-$90,000 models) or the VW microbus (once it actually exists.) I’m ready for an electric future, just need someone to make something I want.
We rarely know everything behind a stranger’s situation. Maybe she had a death in the family and booked last-minute tickets to attend the funeral. Maybe another family member just called to say they’re suicidal or in desperate medical condition, and she dropped everything and booked the only seats she could grab.
Y’all were bashing Tesla and this attempt for an entire week about this. gg
Great buy if you’re OK with the limited range and use it as a city runaround car. Coming up on the end of the lease on my 2016 at the end of the month, was one of the last ones out there I believe they were trying to get rid of that I got for a steal. Going to be very sorry to see it go.
Given how generous the lease deals have been on these, it's unlikely that many people actually bought them new
“If you’re looking for a city runabout that isn’t totally abysmal to drive...”
Yeah, but realistically the BMW is a lot better looking and unusual car. I’d have the BMW.
This would absolutely help VW earn back its innovative quirkiness reputation. Nissan and Chevy never had that. Tesla, maybe. This car is “on brand” as the children like to say.
Yeah, at least the British are good at buying fun cars and suck at voting. We can make this happen!
this is bad kinja
ok.
Not gonna lie - this one hurts. I think these would do pretty well in the States.
It’s our fault. We suck at buying fun cars.
LATTE SIPPING TROPHY WIVES MALL CRAWLER WILL NEVER GO OFFROAD MORE MONEY THAN BRAIN WILL BE EXPENSIVE TO REPAIR CAN THEY THINK OF THE 3RD OWNER NO MANUAL NO BUY TOO MANY SCREENS ELECTRONIC NANNIES LAZY PEOPLE THIS SHOULD BE A WAGON
Oh yeah, I meant to add that here. Bring on the electric Microbus already!
Buyers in warmer states want the space but not thw AWD/4WD. I used 2WD models for most brands because they offered a lower price point compared with AWD.
B-B-B-B-Bingo
I’d buy a Lincoln before a Cadillac, which I think says it all about where the two brands are.
