Well, under your theory of unlimited free speech (or nearly), the feds shouldn’t have any reason to keep an eye on you. After all, unless every website and ISP is willing to just hand over the data (which, maybe they are), the feds would need a warrant. In order to get a warrant, you need probable cause.

My alienware is a little slow, but I think that’s because I upgraded it from Windows 7 to Windows 8 to Windows 10 and there’s a bug where it will put the disk usage up to 100% for a little while. But it is definitely useable.
