What are you babbling about? 30K a month and you still work?
What about the fact that grass holds the dirt in place? Have you seen what happens when there’s just dirt and it rains? That might be somewhat of a disaster as well, you like boulders rolling down hills, trees falling over, that type of stuff.
That’s probably right, but let’s think about that number for a second. You make $60,000 per year. After taxes (and let’s say you live in NY, because if you make $60,000 at 25, you’re in a blue state), you make about $45,000.
Complete you. I’ve been using it for a couple weeks now and it’s faster than the old Gmail and more intuitive.
Funny you should say that. My friend texted me the other day and asked me whether I saw the Black Panther. As it so happens, I had tried to watch it over the weekend. I say try, because I couldn’t make it through it, it just didn’t grab my attention.
No. As the lessee you’re not the owner and you don’t have legal standing.
You know what, if in 2018 you can’t figure out how a keyless entry system works and you die as a result of it, then that’s probably ok. We need to weed out people like this from the gene pool.
You don’t have to feel like some fundamental part of yourself has been compromised to accept and validate other people’s lived experiences at face value.
Well, thanks for agreeing with me.
Well, the old theory of maximizing stakeholder value was essentially that. It was making sure everyone and everything that touched the company was benefitted. So, the workers benefited, the town the company was in was benefited, shareholders benefited, etc.
Seriously? I mean, two black workers, one a maid, one a gardner, in a wealthy white family’s house? I mean, if that’s subtle, then we are truly surrounded by idiots. Because that is not subtle if you’ve ever heard of slavery.
And, prior to this “maximize shareholder value” ridiculousness that started in the late ‘80s, it used to be “maximize stakeholder value.”
They are literally legally obligated to make as much money as possible for their shareholders.
We benefit in countless ways from institutional racism, most namely being given the benefit of the doubt in almost every situation, prominently including but certainly not limited to our interactions with the police.
I wouldn’t say you’ve had a good education. Now, I have. Top of my class from law school and tax LLM, former federal district court clerk drafting US Constitutional opinions.
I literally never said that. But, thank you for conceding your point. Once you have made up an argument and put words in my mouth, you’ve admitted your argument is defeated.
You do understand what the word “minority” means, right? It means a group least in numbers, e.g., if there are 100 people, 95 of whom are black, then the 5 remaining people are in the minority of that population.
You can’t be “too young” to not have benefited form institutionalized racism.
No, that’s not true. But thanks for disclosing how limited your world view is.
