Ah, but the issue wasn’t the context of his predictions, only his predictions. You may consider the context of his predictions as delusional (I wouldn’t), but his predictions, in and of themselves, are far from delusional and more accurately described as correct.

Have you read his technological predictions? He’s not exactly delusional, considering many of those things happened, and happened sooner than he predicted.

Yeah, except for all his predictions (a list of which is here) which are all fairly on point, considering he started back in 1990 with this list.

Marginally? Are you serious? Vaping is way better for you than cigarette smoking. It’s only when you crank the voltage past the factory limits that you may cause some carcinogens.

Note: I’m not a vaping person, so I have no dog in the fight

Since you work on VR games and seem to know what you’re talking about, here’s a question:

I’m sorry I don’t have time to respond to the drivel you’ve written. You’ve chosen to look at what I’ve written and completely ignore it. I cannot force you to understand things, only present objective data.

So, we’re going with uninformed? Ok, let me inform you.

Yes, that does seem like an inherent conflict in their ideology. Hmm... conservatives never have conflicting ideology like... wanting small government, but willing to regulate a woman’s uterus, or being pro-death penalty while simultaneously being pro-life.

Yeah... the difference is, literally all the libertarians are idiots. Maybe they’re smart in certain aspects, but by the very nature of their ideology, they have NO functional knowledge of government or taxation (often times, even basic math skills).

I’m not saying this is inherently a Democrat or Republican issue, it’s both. As a tax attorney, I can point to each. However, I can tell you which side tends to have more, I’m trying to think of the correct adjective, (I’m going with...) inherently evil (?, maybe that’s too strong, underhanded?, disingenuous?, I don’t

Yeah... that’s not it at all. Literally, every single self-professed libertarian wants the government to just go away (except, of course, if it’s providing the services THEY use).

I’m just going to throw this out there as someone with a finance background, a law degree, and a Tax LLM, libertarians are idiots. That’s not meant as a personal attack. It’s meant as a summation of their collective ideologies.

As a tax attorney, I’m going to go ahead and disagree with you on that point.

While Twitter can censor comments to its heart’s content, the one thing these people are absolutely free from is criminal prosecution (unless they, ya know, commit an actual crime).

To be fair, though home prices are vastly accelerating and my personal standard of living wouldn’t allow me to buy a house less than the $250,000 house we live in (in our area, $250,000 gets you a nice house about 10 minutes outside the city in a very nice area), there are houses further outside the city for $50,000.

Under your rule of thumb, there would exist exactly zero people with graduate degrees. Not a single person with a graduate degree will graduate with a first year salary in an amount higher than all of their student loan debt (assuming they didn’t have help with tuition).

You might want to take a look at the actual reviews. Those reviewers who are established, like Richard Roper, ones from the Times, etc... (basically, those who are leagues above blogs like Gizmodo and aren’t subject to the whims of Twitter) trashed the movie.

Uh... point of clarification, a 360 degree photo is still two dimensional and is “flat” except that it’s basically pasted on the inside of a sphere. However, the objects have no depth.
