Yeah, Sakurai's great as a concept creator. Smash, Kirby's Air Ride, and the other work he's done all point to how creative he is when getting a concept on the ground. But he seems to get bored when making sequels, so he tends to look for fun, exciting things to add that the games don't really need.

Hey, can you give me a hand? All of these extra Mario, Pokémon, Fire Emblem, and one-off characters that have no place being in Smash 4 are too heavy for me to hold by myself...
