Who the hell is even playing this game anymore to care this much? It’s 8 years old with no significant content added since the expansions, and a lot of the jank that was excused back in 2015 hasn’t aged well.

In my experience, the real assholes are the people who can’t distinguish the difference, and are utterly perplexed when the distinction is brought to their attention.
No, but Twitter is full of weirdos who thirst over everything, and Kotaku loves milking this dumb shit endlessly.
Literally every brain fart regarding this game is turned into an article.
Yeah, I’ve seen nothing about TotK that makes me want to buy it. I liked BoTW, but it wasn’t a masterpiece, and quite frankly I was more than bored with the formula by the time I was done, and this sequel just looks like more of the same.
Breath of the Wild loses most of its appeal once the gameplay loop becomes apparent and the thrill of discover wears off. It’s a pretty bare bones open world game for the most part.
Because the left’s criticism of capitalism has devolved into shitting on literally anyone who has enough money to purchase a home or have money in the bank.
“Hur Dur capitalism bad” is about the depth of progressive criticism regarding the subject matter around here and Reddit.
The story is Breath of the Wild is one of the weakest in the entire series. There’s barely anything to recap.
I sat through 20 minutes of preview before seeing Mario, and I felt like I watched each film. If that’s true, then basically people don’t want any surprises and want to know exactly what’s going on before they see anything.
I honestly felt the same way about their last two games, Prey and Deathloop. I tried playing both twice and hated them, and for the life of me couldn’t fathrom and relentless praise both games received from media outlets.
I fucking hated that. Just have enemies respawn after a certain time in areas, there’s no need for a dramatic cutscene every fucking time.
Clearly it’s not affecting sales. It just crossed $1 billon at the box office. Also, the aspect ratio is messed up, so it looks bad.
I spent over 100 hours in that game and was maybe halfway through with the story before I called it quits. It was just too much. And not even an exciting too much.
Well, there’s entire subset of self-identified Gamer dorks that jerk themselves off over hours spent in X,Y,Z, so it’s nothing new.
Disney will never leave Florida. Why do people keep proposing this stupid idea? They have decades and billions of dollars invested in infrastructure. The cost to relocate would be far greater than ousting a single wannabe MAGAtard Trump-with-lipstick governor pathetically trying to wage a culture war against a…
Tried playing Fallen Order twice and, like Horizon, lost interest a few hours in. I hated the constant respawning of enemies after leaving an area (and given the endless backtracking, it was constant), and didn’t care much for the environmental puzzles. I did enjoy the story and characters while I played, but the…
Season 1 was just OK, and my wife and I couldn’t even finish season 2 we were so bored. I couldn’t care less about it going forward, and with Caville out, why bother?
I hate Gameloft’s grind structure. Seriously, they make great arcade racers (like the Asphalt series) and wall them behind fucking awful grinds. I’d gladly pay a flat fee like any regular game to elminate it all together, but I know they’ll never do that because they make a fuck ton of money fleesing people out of…
I want to rip my eyes out every time I read the headline “internet reacts to X,Y,Z.” It’s ALWAYS some pointless fluff piece containing screenshots of 3 tweets from people I’ve never heard of or care about.
