my understanding of endometriosis is that you would have to have the scar tissue removed (via laser surgery) then take hormonal BC to prevent the scar tissue from returning and therefore heading off the pain of endometriosis. So no, BC won’t help with endometriosis pain until the scar tissue is removed.

it’s the same water that the people and animals are drinking, so fixing the problem of having clean water is not prioritizing animals over people. animals aren’t getting any test the people aren’t getting (sick animals are going to the vet; people are presumably going to doctors offices).

i think there are exceptions to the rule - if a dog is immobile, carrying/pushing them around is necessary.
