Porky’s in St Paul. Every weekend in the summer it was hopping but the best nights were when big car shows were going on at the MN state fair grounds a few miles away. Light rail came to town and took all the street parking in front of Porky’s away so they closed. Here’s a pic I took on their last day.

That plow merging on the highway probably exited just before the video. You can see the offramp in the background. Here’s the satellite view of it:

Almost looks to me like the van was planning to go straight from the turn lane. Hard to tell from the angle it was at, but I think the van wheels are turned to the right. Would make sense for this driver to back up and give him space to do that.

Can you zip tie a license plate to the front so those of us in less enlightened states can see what it’ll look like?
