This feels like the same strategy he used for his child pornography charges back at the turn of this century. By the time they go to trial people child victims won’t be children, some witnesses may have been paid off, and other people may be hard to find.

I read Kring’s the statement at the link. He claimed to have inclusion because it is a word so often paired with diversity. He had demographic diversity. He did NOT have inclusion.

I don't have the right words to talk about how awful this is. But it is not going unnoticed. 

Omy. They need to be banned from the bar in all U.S. jurisdictions because beyond just the frivolous lawsuits, they are all just astonishingly bad in a way that suggests they never actually based the bar exam in the first place.
