I want a James Bond Fuckfest 2016 as much as the next guy, but I don't think Best Buy will play ball.

You say that, but I would find it very charming if, at the end of a Mario game, he went around shaking hands and backslapping with a bunch of beat-up Koopas in a hospital. It's a very Nintendo thing to do, but not so much a James Bond thing to do.

Beast from the East holds a special place in my heart because it was the first book that came out after I had "caught up" with the series (which I read from my library), so Beast was the first one I purchased new. God new books smell good.

I think the movie skates by a lot on its tone and filmmaking, but I thought the character's choices were a little iffy. I don't think it's a better film than The Orphanage or Let The Right One In.

For what it's worth, there's Classic Simpsons Trivia at Berry Park on the first Thursday of every month.

Dustin Hoffman and Dennis fucking Farina too.

Something similar happened to me; I left my Mad Catz guitar next to a heat pipe, and it partially melted. Which is unfortunate, since I like the strum bar on it better than the imprecise-feeling one on the Rock Band guitar. I hope they've made the strummer a little better.

If by some chance you haven't listened to Andy Daly's podcast, then whoo boy… buckle up.

Her USA show Benched was pretty solid.

We did — we had Marie on Breaking Bad, who I think was an MRI tech?

J.K. Simmons was always my idea of a quintessential character, though I couldn't be happier that he's now getting more starring roles.

I loved it when PFT realized he was just doing Leykis.

It was my fault, I wasn't clear enough!

GoT over Mad Men for drama and over The Americans for writing is just the sort of misstep the Emmys make only 12-30 times a year.

It kinda makes sense if you think of it like Halloween. To a Koopa, Mario is basically Jason Vorhees.

I'm in the "can't stand Hollywood Handbook" camp (though, to be fair, I've only listened to 3-4 episodes). My problem is I can't stand how sarcastic the show is, at the expense of making actual jokes and funny observations.

Season 2 has some classics like Lisa's Substitute, but it's unpolished enough that it's reasonable to go back to it after you've exhausted the 3-9 cornocopia.

When has Ryan Murphy ever made a bad show, he said sarcastically?

Sorry, I was responding to Peeping Torgo. I like both True Faith and Bizarre Love Triangle and was surprised they didn't appear on the list. (Though I guess the and Blue Monday are the obvious choices.)

Or "True Faith." Surprising to say the least.
