I'd put Deus Ex in place of Mass Effect 3, due to so much DLC missing and the need to play Mass Effect 1 & 2 to get the full story.

I would agree with learning the systems and in a year this crap will stop. But as we saw with the PS3 and Xbox 360. Several games will get made on the superior console then ported to the other and suffer from it.
