PS: Reread your post, good job assuming I was white... I was simply assuming you were a person. I don't care what race you are. And "Keep me away from people like you?" that's too bad, I wouldn't mind hanging with you.

I care about Unity cause of my family, I am not completely white, my immediate family has white, black, asian, mexican, native american, and hawaiian in it. My children will have an easier time saying what they are not, then what they are. I have been raised in a multi culture family for years.

It is, but it's not being perpetrated by the people you expect.

Thank you for your comment, I was most interested in what you had to say.

Okay well let me be on point then...

Is it White History Day today? I haven't seen any signs up at my work celebrating it.

No they do not, but do they care a team is called that, that's the question.

You are right, it is, but there are still racially divided award shows, this may not have been a good example.

"all created by said minorities that those shows and channels cater to embrace the art of said minorities..."

Yeah, it's post racial alright, so post racial a half black-half white guy who kills someone at random is white... but a half black-half white guy who becomes President is black.

So you want people to continue celebrating apart then together right?

So you are saying this guy on Kotaku shouldn't have made the Washington Whiteskins, but maybe the Houston Honkies eh?

It is to me too, as I am 3 or 4 major race groups in one, and whatever I am not by blood I am by marriage or a family member has married into. If I could get all my family in one room together, it'd be a very diverse group.

I'm not saying we put a spotlight on any race, I'm saying why don't we put a spotlight to anyone.

Maybe, I have no issue if the Redskins changed their name. But what I would ask first is if Native Americans are offended. If they are, then change it, but if not... don't.

It's human history, it's supposed to teach us that people looking at each other differently and enslaving them for it is wrong. But I think we haven't grown out of that...

My wife is also hispanic as well, I love her. My stepdad is black, but he is light skinned, so when out with my Mother and him, I look like I could also be his son. The odd thing is my last name is Asian. I am Asian, Native American, White, and Hawaiian. So I have the dark hair and dark eyes slight features of several

While I get the argument that the Redskins is a racist name for a team. Let me be Devil's Advocate for a minute...

"If I can't find an arcade! Then god dammit I'll make one... IN DOOM!"

Thanks for the reply, maybe one day we can go back to Septerra. Kickstarter maybe?
