About 20 years ago, in High School I use to draw an entire series of characters with back stories and everything, some with guns and some with swords. This now would cause me to get suspended or possibly expelled. I would be told that somehow my expressing my creativity is harmful to others.

The plot twist was God awful. I even asked my wife "So if I lost my arm, and I was super depressed about it, would you secretly kill yourself and use your brain to power a robotic replacement arm for me?" I got "No!"

Am less excited about this game because Nintendo said it would have less 3rd party franchise characters. To me that was the fun part of Smash Bros Wii was seeing all the craziness from multiple characters mixed together.

I get the whole "Male Power Fantasy" thing, but the reason why it's a Male Power Fantasy is because guys who usually enjoy the whole saving the girl kind of games are people who like to protect those they care about. If anything, I think the whole "Kill Everybody and Teabag Newbs" mentality would be more frightening.

Am just saying it seems like madness NOW to have FREE secret characters included, when NOW the norm is DLC characters in your RPG.

...Remember when RPGs had secret characters that weren't DLC?

Can't the main Character in Saint's Row have the voice you choose? With Keith David in this, can't we get Mark Meer and Jennifer Hale as voice DLC and call the whole thing "Ass Effect". I'd preorder the game tomorrow just for that.
