Heh. Tarantino being nuts doesn’t really surprise me. My dad is tangentially involved in the movie business (he teaches camera principles - shot composition, etc - at a state college), and he’s worked with some real characters over the years. Including the guys who were at Nixon’s funeral in Orange County that let he

Mmmm.... That’s some sexy machinery!

Too many... Seriously, does no one in Hollywood posses the power to understand physics? Why isn’t there a consultant or someone who goes through “action” scripts and tries to make sure the physics seem real? The only way that Aston would roll is if both wheels dug into the shoulder or something.

I know, it’s such a pain... ;)

It would be nice, but we have a total of three parking spaces, so I can’t really take up any room there.

I can personally recommend this one. Awesome tool.

Fair enough. I will say, your current wheels have a lovely profile! I’m also a sucker for deep dish and concave wheels, so take all my advice with a grain of salt.

Understood, but non-factory wheels often give BMWs a little big of a rice look, at least to me. I think the Apex APC 8s look lovely on the Z4 Ms. They feel like the e46 CSL’s wheels.

For sure. I also may use it to deliver pizzas, for which it would be perfect. If the battery would last through a night.

Oooh, love the Z4 M coupes. My favorite color, too. I think a different set of wheels would really help (if you still have the ones shown on your New Beginnings post) with people asking if it’s a real ///M.

Shush, I may be being one and you’re going to drive up the prices! For my 50 mile round-trip commute w/ chargers at both ends, it’s perfect.

The flared fenders are the best! I may be slightly biased as an e39 owner, though... ;)

He’s just reinforcing the stereotype.

No, not at all. I have a neighbor who matches the above description completely. He’s flying a massive Steelers flag from the trailer hitch today.

The e39 M5 has, I think, at least 11 ///M logos on it; small badges on every wheel, including the steering; the trunk badge, each door sill, and the gear shift. Maybe one in the instrument cluster. But unless you’re looking for them, they’re not really obvious. Kinda the same way I feel about these; you’ll never

What do truck nuts warn of? Rolling-coal asshole bros with a Monster in their left hand, phone in their right, while driving down the road in their lifted 2005 Silverado with blacked out badges and kids in the back seat? Stereotype much?

Pretty sure they’re all dealer installed. And all shite.

And yet it’s on my Christmas list this year... I really like the BMW text. Same reason I got BMW valve stem caps last year.

I think it was the 2 series convertible. Available over the counter for every BMW from the last 20 years or so; it’s a simple butter knife and electrical connector away. Don’t ask me how I know this. :/ Comes with BMW roundel, “BMW,” “///M” and “xDrive” inserts for variety. http://www.shopbmwusa.com/PRODUCT/5056/B…
