Ha! I wish I could say the same... :/

Excuse me, but I use my turn signals more than my mom, dad, and grandmother... Then again, a typical BMW driver would have crushed their car after crashing it, rather than rebuild it.

Check out a used Mazda CX9. Buying a top-of-the-line model is going to be much cheaper, and they handle and ride exceptionally well, as you’d expect from a Mazda. They are a bit old, though.

Not a bad thing. The Kizashi is a good looking small car. It has an aesthetic that I can only describe as “eastern”, rather than stoic like the small german compacts, but it looks much better than the Corollas of the time.

It’s not beautiful by any means, but it does have an appealing outdoorsy vibe, like the Subie Outbacks right now.

Those look like BBS LM wheels. I’ve been thinking (bench racing, really) about picking up a set for my BMW e39’s canyon/track days.

I remember Hot Rod mag doing a feature on the new Camaro where they had Murray Pfaff put new bumper covers, fenders, lights, and other mild changes on it to make a reborn Trans-am/Firebird. Talk about badge engineering!

Until you pointed that out...

Oh, come on! This thing looks awesome; kinda a Batmobile version of the C7. Love the tiny mirrors and fenders that are bare inches lower than the roof!

I remember this car from an old video game, Ford Racing 2. It had the biggest, fattest looking rear end on any American “muscle car.”

If I had the cash....

My mechanic told me that he once issued a $21,000 checklist on an M6 PPO of the same time frame with similar miles.... I would never own one. Fun to rent, not to buy.

Uber has the potential to provide nicer, more comfortable cars, faster and cheaper service, and more convenient service. Of course, any and all of that can be reversed.

You should see the LF fender support on my e39. It was bent 45 degrees from straight after my accident, but caused no changes to suspension geometry, so the shop just bent it back!

I would love to own one of those...

Sure, that statement was accurate in the early 90s, but this is 10 years beyond that. My 03 530i has quite sophisticated traction & stability control that doesn't intervene violently at all.

No e39 love?

This is so true; I have one of these XV10 Camrys.

Sure looked like it.
