You know, if it wasn’t for Rental Cars, I wouldn’t know Mitsubishi was still in business....

I tried to get my wife to test drive one to replace her 2015 TDI Golf but we couldn’t locate a  Diesel.... or a hatchback Cruze within 3 hours of us... so she couldn’t see if she liked either the shape or the engine.

You’d think I would have learned that I can’t rent a 4Runner...

Tried to get one in Memphis that technically was driveable if I wanted a rental car that had stains everywhere in it, smelled like baby vomit, had a taillight broken out and none of the radio controls worked.

Also AVIS.

No, it didn’t touch me.

I had left Avis and was pulling onto the main stretch of highway that runs around the airport and was turned around to check my blindspot (I like to look as well as check mirrors)... and I heard a bonging noise, turned around to see what was going on, saw the light on the dash.... and just as it

The Soul was a nice economy rental but I like the touchpoints, seats, etc alot better in the Cruze.

Hey, I wouldn’t turn down a Soul but if offered a choice, I’d take the Jetta.... I mean Cruze (The Cruze always struck me as VERY Jetta-like)

As someone who gets ALOT of rental cars when I travel for work....

I like the Chevy Cruze. Yeah its a toaster but its a decent little appliance. Good controls, visibility, fuel mileage, radio, seats, etc etc.... Sure its not setting the world on fire, but for the price, it did exactly what it set out to do.

And I will

If it has an LS7, they’re doing a good job removing THEMSELVES from existence.

I have the garage with the height I need, but I have a crossbeam going widthwise across the center of the bay.... limits me to the roof being about 8 feet off the ground.... so no lift for me.

Still has, to the knowledge of the internet.

You seem Salty...

I can see that humor is not your first language either.

I mean that’s the reason that the Gen5 Z/28 wasn’t offered in Europe according to a press-release is that it was only available with a 427 Cubic INCH motor and the conversion parts for the swap to litres weren’t going to be available in time.

So, according to Wikipedia, mother of all knowledge, the Pushrod engine is only about 10 years older than the Overhead Cam design.

I get your joke, and I’mma let you get back to it, but that’s some interesting info.

Hmmm.... I thought all that Europe required was changing the 6.2 Liter engine to a 6.2 Litre and we were good....

1. My company has travel policies, my connections are often outside of my control based on those policies.

2.I generally travel M-F or Saturday and take my gym stuff with me. Not checking a bag is also not an option. My medium sized suitcase will not fit in MOST overhead bins.

Are you just going to call the magic teleporting billionaire “some jerk”?

As someone was kind enough to point out, Delta actually ranks quite highly in terms of not cancelling and late flights....

Thing is

-This post was a joke
-Annecdotally (I fly 80-100 times per year, mainly Delta due to location/options)... Delta departs late CONSTANTLY, an actual majority of the time.... but they “make it

And leave the “Shitty Airline” Championship to Frontier without a fight?

NEVER!
