Maybe telling their dealer networks that markups, I mean market adjustments are now outright banned.   MSRP is dictated by the manufacturer and that is the highest allowed price.

I agree with you but... I was looking at both Rav 4 Prime and CRV Sport Hybrid back in Feb. Both ticked the boxes that you point out. Unfortunately the dealerships are marking them up 7K to 10K above MSRP. Thats a lot of years of gasoline at current prices.   Ended up with a Volvo XC40 at 3K under MSRP.

I had much frustration in this area too, but there is a way to attach it so it doesn’t come off. It requires the hooks coming in at a slight angle and making sure its attached at the two square PS symbols along the back edge
