So I guess everyone from the States is going to go come to Canada buy their cars from now on? As long as your dollar is high, the cars are cheap. We’d love your business, and we also like free trade!

The Trump administration, of it accomplishes what is says, will have massive, monumental affects (I’m sure some positive and some negative) on the auto industry so they need to talk about. Addressing it is not the same as “all it is lately”. If you went back I’m sure there would be no more posts about the new…
I was thinking more along the lines of Ford Granada...
This looks fantastic! Only problem is that it doesn’t look like a carbon copy of every other McLaren, so it must not be a McLaren.
The Dodge Challenger SRT Demon will come stock with 315/40R18 competition drags... and no steering rack! The tires are so wide that the only driving task it is capable is drag racing.
Car2Go is the one owned by Mercedes. But I would not fault anyone for confusing any car share service, they are almost identical.
If we don’t call it the Gazoopra I think we can safely say, it is an opportunity lost.
Yep, it could very well be. Most cars in Canada are calling for 0w now because 5w just isn’t enough. I think I honestly agree with you, I just can’t tolerate the ignorance (of which you obviously are not) of thinking that Arazona’s climate is somehow to be treated to same as the Northwest Territories, and what applies…
Sorry, I didn’t mean to make it sound like that is what you were say, I can definitely see how it came off that way. I was saying that is what my original post was addressing.
They will if the turd engine is cheaper to produce than the better European/Chinese motor.
When did F1 plan the celebration party for?
Don’t get me wrong, I agree with the vast majority of what you are getting at. Our ability to design and manufacture systems with incredibly tight tolerances and vastly improved thermal and fluid dynamics it’s basically science fiction 30+ years ago. Even the change of oil from primarily 10w to 5w and 0w has massive…
Saw the title, immediately thought “This is definitely a Stef post”.
I live in Canada, and grew up in an era where fuel injection was a legitimate marketing tool, so I most certainly have. Fuel injection makes driving, especially in the cold so much better. I wasn’treally making a statement about fuel injection vs carburetion, so much as people have somehow come to the point of…
It is shocking that some actually think that we have elevated engine technology to a point where it no longer adheres to the laws of physics and thermal dynamics!
There is a difference between “resting” RPMs and RPMs under load. Under load, the engine is working harder, regardless of the RPMs.
I get it, but the thing is I’m probably more likely to drive some concept cars than some real ones that I also drool over. So I say drool away!
If you are looking for a museum piece, the price is right, but then again if you are looking for a museum piece you certainly don’t want aftermarket pieces on a rare bike like this. As amazing as Bimota’s are ( I cross shopped them with Benelli’s a few years back), unless you like to work on your bike…
And here I thought the subject of my comment made it pretty clear I was not taking any thing very seriously. Oh, internet, you are a strange and mysterious mistress...
