Welcome! Glad to have you Alpha Foxtrot has been very neglected since Tyler moved on. Glad to see it has someone invested again. I’m not terribly knowledgable in military, conflict or war ( I’m Canadian, how could I?) and always really appreciated Tyler Rogoway’s knowledge of it to help inform and educate me on the

I need more stars to give this!

If be seeing a doctor before I got to 4500lbs, let alone took a 200lbs piss!

Don’t worry, I know it’s not really like that. Sometimes you have a thought and it’s funny enough in your head that you need to let it out.

So the automotive equivalent of taking a pee and then announcing “ I lost some weight!”. Factually correct, but really?

But I only have a pickup truck to drive today, and everyone knows it’s hard to drive like a champ when you drive a pickup. I guess I’ll just have to settle for driving like a douche. 😔 I wish I had a GTI instead of a truck...

I hope you can do this coverage of the Tokyo Auto Show every year for us Kat, it’s been awesome! Also I’m super glad to see you are still around, I thought For sure that Jalopnik had lost you for good! No Jalopnik is a complete Jalopnik without Jalopnik East.

I think we might share the same mind attached to different bodies: I too found that cruisers, Sportbikes, Adv and tourers to not be quite my style. I basically narrowed it down to either a UJM or a street fighter/naked. My first bike was a hand me down Buell Blast, that I loved but it was a bit tiny. I cross-shopped

Yep, it was a cross-promotion. There were a couple of the scooters in the trunk to make it official.

Oh dear god Patrick, please do this. We NEED this!

You must have forgotten, because this concept actually had TWO Razor scooters in the trunk, instead of a spare tire. The car was built with Razor as a cross-promotion, because early 2000's was peak cool for scooters, and Dodge concepts.

Might just be me, but I’ve always thought the first Gen Mazda 3 hatchback looked like the Grinch smiling...

Ask a hundred people, you’ll likely get one hundred answers, but in my opinion it looks a bit more like a 4th Gen Impreza, than an Infiniti. I still see it, the Subaru just come through a little more for me.

I think that was one of the only Victory’s that DIDN’T look moronic. At least it was is own thing. The farthest a core Victory got from copying HD outright, so that should count for something.

Well, the American RWD sports Coupe is dead then. Okay, sure Dodge still makes them, but they are so haphazardly hobbled together, they aren’t going to last much longer past when the last SS’s leave the dealers lot...

If we are going to play it that way, Top Gear died in 2001, after a 23 year run. Not the piddly 13 years of New Top Gear. It’s different, but it’s done different before and succeeded. I say, embrace the change and let them battle it out with GT, the only real result of it will be more good automotive television.

Yeah, I agree that I’d rather a cautious driver with all-seasons. It is just as bad to think you are invincible with snow tires, and it happens often. people think they give them the right to not change how they drive. I live in Canada, so they are necessary usually, some provinces even mandate that after a certain

Unless you live somewhere where snow and ice do not reside this is impossible, because human stupidity knows no bounds. Also, those who enter winter driving without some trepidation are the ones who get into/cause accidents often times. Road conditions with ice and snow can change literally thousands of times in a

I officially no longer believe a single scrap of Chinese automotive news. Belief is indefinitely suspended until I can see, touch, taste, hear and smell it myself, and there will be no substitutes for this personal experience, end of story.

Only if it’s a iPhone. If it’s basically any other phone it will handily take 2-3 times that fall and act like it never happened.
