Did anybody watch Roger and Val Have Just Got In?
The whole show was just him and Dawn French basically doing a mini-play every episode and it was SO good and warm and heartbreaking and ugh, I loved it.
I'm going to have to watch it again now I've thought about it.

Yeah, I get that, but I'm pretty sure she's just signed before when speaking to other deaf kids. I reckon either someone at the network has asked for more speaking if possible or Daphne's just being inconsistent because she's the worst.

I like that the non-deaf kids are signing a bit, as well. But - and I don't know if this is something I only noticed this episode but has happened before - there was a scene with only deaf kids and Daphne was talking and signing.
I found it really weird, like… who is that for?

Ah yes, you're right - that's where the episode felt like it had ended.
The last part was awesome, though.
Has Saum has her child yet? 'Cause I was thinking if she lost it on the show but was still pregnant in real life… how's that working out?
Also, how fucking cruel is it to put her through "losing" a child when she's

Totally believable.
I've had one of my friends try and get me to meet their friend (who I'm sure she must have known I would have zero in common with) because, well… gay, right?

Glad to see the Do It Again EP on this. It's not the best thing in the whole world - Monument starts strong and then just gets dragged out and Idle Hour Club is a bit 'mehhh' - but the middle three tracks are fantastic.

I dunno, I agree with Carrie - the structure was weird.
There were about ten/fifteen minutes or so left, I think, when Stef came to talk to the kids while they were all sat around and it seemed it would be the end of the episode - so much so that I had to double check that there was a whole load of running time left.

I actually liked him in this episode whereas I haven't really warmed to him before and he was even extra skittish this week, which I normally hate, so I dunno…

So… anyone else expect Lena's mom to slock her?
Also, I only noticed in this episode of SaB, but Renzo totally looks like Jujubee.

I love the show, but I tried to watch a few back to back a while ago and just… couldn't.
Too painful in large chunks of time.
I always love the episode where they go to Palm Springs, just for the small relief of Valerie cracking out of permasmile mode for a few minutes.

"What’s in store for him there? Off-screen-dom?"

I don't think she's anorexic, but she has lost too much weight for her body type.
It just looks a bit unnatural on her.

Same here. She kind of reminds me of Sarah Chalke, who's definitely one of my top 'if-I-were-straight' picks.

She's basically getting the Camille Braverman treatment - I'm surprised Todd hasn't started up an 'Olivia Cooke spends her time' in the strays.

Nahhh, they've been spinning their wheels with her a bit, but I reckon they're saving her to be a Norman victim towards the end.

I think that's the general plan - to have her be on a new reality show of a current standard.
I'm assuming Angie Jordan will pop by, say 'ham', throw a drink and leave.

Oh, you definitely need to do that.
It's amazing and staggeringly uncomfortable for the most part.

I thought they were using it as a way to get Sue to move to New York and never let Jane Lynch leave the show.
I'm still not 100% convinced they won't do that.

Yep. I was thinking 'Nahhh, if Dylan's listening to Radiohead, it's going to be The Bends or OK Computer, not In Rainbows'.

Morning Mr Magpie - Radiohead
We Need a Resolution - Aaliyah
Job's Coffin - Tori Amos
Digital Lion - James Blake
In the Lake - Emilie Simon
