Eh, you could probably use the out of state cheater form: https://www.chp.ca.gov/notify-chp/cheaters-out-of-state-(out-of-state-registration-violators)

I’ve been doing that the whole time in the US thinking people understood what it means. Guess not here.
Thank you. I can’t believe how unaware of this feature people in the US seem to be. European cars started having the hazards come on during panic maneuvers in every market except the US (because it would be illegal in some states?) a long time ago. Then as soon as LED taillights came around they started flashing…
It’s pretty fun when you’re driving it (I’ve always loved seeing tach needles swing), but you can only ever redline it when you’re doing a top speed run. Everybody should experience it once in their life!
500 miles gets you way past LA, which you would think would be a really healthy SS market. Chevy and Cadillac definitely seem to not do too well around here, and I can see why. I don’t think I’ve ever actually seen a Cadillac dealer in the Bay Area.
And that’s the better looking plug-in one!
Ooh, I’m in the bay! Let me know when you’re taking that thing to Sonoma Raceway drags.
Nothing beats this real footage of a Chevrolet Luv clawing out of a flood in Bogotá back in the day. Chevrolet Colombia even purchased the footage to use as a commercial!
I wasn’t saying it because of me, look at all the “that’s it?” comments. Since you can tweet at people doing @handle, that gray box just isn’t as clear as it could be.
Ok this article really needs to clarify that they retweeted a tweet the guy had previously made about people whining on Twitter. To anybody who's not well versed, it looks like they just did a super basic call out.
These should be in the article!
Miata is, of course, the answer here. All trim levels come with LEDs for that as well.
Either Car and Driver or Motor Trend managed an entire flat-out lap of Laguna Seca in their long-term P85+. After repeated attempts and actually putting the car on ice, ridiculously. It wasn't even that fast!
Used to. Pretty sure they updated when they realized people were reading their email at 80 mph.
Ok, can somebody explain (other comments have touched on it) why Audi decided to completely shaft the US when it came to the Q3's powertrain? It’s using the 2.0T and 6 spd auto from a *B7* (2 generations ago!) A4! And you don’t even get a ‘proper’ Torsen-based quattro system.
My mom’s current car actually turned out to be a press car! We found out when my brother stumbled upon a video of it on a local track! Not sure if she’s been made aware haha
The Miata’s probably had an electronic throttle since the NB, NC at the latest.
The A4’s had the option since at least 2005.
