Franklin Pierce was a raging alcoholic who died of cirrhosis 12 years after leaving office. He also seems to have had a pretty sad family life in general.

Let’s not forget that W was saddled with that cancerous growth that simply would not be lanced, Dick Cheney.

She could be in a coma and I would still vote for her.

And they’re saying she was lying about allergies and overheating. Both of those things make perfect sense with pneumonia, actually.

As long as he won’t show us his small body parts.

Exactly. He is just playing everyone all, I’ll show my medical records, I’ve got nothing to hide. But then bring up his financials and he will be saying, why should I show my financials, it’s no one’s concern.

The problem with this, aside from the fact that it’s insane, is that almost anyone would be preferable to Trump? What’s that you say? Clinton is actually just a walking, talking tower of gerbils? Well, they’re less racist and less likely to start a nuclear war than the other guy, so whatever.

What I don’t get is why this walking pneumonia diagnosis isn’t proving to everyone what a fucking badass Hillary is. She hasn’t slowed down and she’s been seriously sick. This is some serious dedication. My 22 year old brother got walking pneumonia and he missed finals because of it.

I hear you. My daughter is 5 so I have to, as a rule, disregard her demands. We will get a healthy youngish indoor cat. We have to wait until next month because I got a much better deal on pet insurance if I bought it a month in advance.

I think Christian is just genuinely more talented than most of the other designers. When you really know how to make clothes and are good at it you can make clothes for anyone. And that it what he did, pretty consistently.

I get annoyed at the tip, “wear all one colour, it lengthens you/makes you look taller.” I’m 5'2", I don’t give two shits about looking taller — it’s just not something I’m self-conscious about. I just have a big personality that makes me seem taller. ;)

THIS. Tim Gunn’s calling out the PR designer for her designs is, in some way, appropriate. I don’t think there is anything wrong with a plus-sized person wearing those clothes and feeling great. My frustration with the market is there are those types of clothes (which are frequently VERY body-con,) or something a roly

A fucking white button down that doesn’t immediately pop open at my boobs.

Siriano is awesome ‘cause being inclusive isn’t new for him (and so probably not just a marketing stint); even back on PR he was one of the extremely few designers who really embraced the real people challenges and the people he was dressing for those challenges.

I chafe (har har) a bit at the idea that all women must always be dressing to make themselves appear slimmer all the time, and above all else, and that that goes without saying. I’m not plus-size, so I don’t want to speak for them, but I think you’d be hard-pressed to find a woman of any size without some body

Of course! The answer was there all along!

So last week I’m in the Toronto subway, just riding the old rocket. There are these horrible ads everywhere like - “your mother has collapsed and she’s turning purple and she has no discernible heartbeat and also you just ran over your own foot somehow- do you know what to do?”. Maybe slight hyperbole. But they were

They watch you in all your private moments.

Cats, obvs. Whenever it returns.

I, for one, welcome our new cat overlords.
