Just the point being it’s all one big company that’s not using its assets. WB from a content creation point of view has always dropped the ball on the DC properties and never trusted DC to create its own content or manage it. At the distribution level they’ve flubbed it a bunch of times and now at an overall corporate

Under their microwave division.

HBO Max is a division of HBO which is owned by Warner Brothers which is owned by WarnerMedia which is owned by AT&T.

Oh Warner Brothers, continuing to be their own worst enemy when it comes to DC content.

Fair enough, I mean we can only speculate as to why they didn’t use it so my guess would be guidance interference or possibly the missiles are able to be blocked in some manner? To be honest I’ve not re-watched the prequels in years so I concede that point. May be time to go back and give it another try.

P.S. having now just seen your earlier responses I don’t think you really understand the way Disney works and especially Disney + where they have been actively curating content.

Dude, I have Disney + I’m not freaking out about it but it’s a known fact. I mean shit, I don’t hate them as an “evil empire” or anything and honestly I’m not all that shocked (it’s geared at kids can you imagine the garbage they’d be catching from the “what about the children” patrol)? But seriously, they are

Disney + have been actively modifying films. Splash for example they added a foot of hair to Darryl Hannah as she jumped in the water so you couldn’t see her bum.

Honestly, I started ignoring most comments a long time ago. Fandom (not Star Wars in specific just fandom in general) is really unhealthy so I try and stay away from most of its manifestations.

Well, they don’t really have missiles in that universe right? The closest we’ve seen is their Proton Torpedoes, sticking to what we’ve seen in canon sources that’s pretty much their go to solution. These are able to be misdirected with countermeasures (and also dodged by ace pilots). I would assume there would be

Ion shields, the AT-ATs were sent in to take out their orbital defence Ion shields to allow orbital bombardment and eventually drop ships (and the troops in the AT-AT) to round up prisoners. That’s the in universe explanation anyway.

This is a fun video and the kind of nit picking that’s enjoyable. It’s building things up not kicking them down.

Going to have to check out the comic so I can give it a read before the show. This is a pretty neat trailer that has me jazzed.

So, TLDR; version. Person from an at risk group is asked to give feedback regarding safety. That person is singled out for saying something other (non at risk individuals have said in the past) by a crowd of people who don’t do their home work and assigned that power an excessive degree of power and a position well

He is claiming he has seen the next five year plan for Marvel. He also claims it has no Deadpool.

*sigh* I want to hear Liefeld opinion less than I want to hear Frank Miller’s opinion and I’d rather be punched in the face with a sock full of quarters than hear Frank Miller’s opinion. His “buddy” at Marvel. Well his “buddy” is sure as shoot not going to tell him much of anything now.

I’d venture to say of post Studio System cinema. Some of the films she worked on but is barely acknowledged for are classics of the era. I don’t know if she was black listed or what but after her marriage ended she practically disappears.

I suspect it’s them trying to work out how they’re going to spin all their plates. While they do have an aversion they are still the people who produced much of Tarantino’s work for a time.

That’s the one. God, what a nightmare to have been working there at that time. I mean, Star Wars is probably key to what drove those creators to choose the path they did. To have it go so sideways, that must have been heart breaking.

I don’t think he really had much involvement in the project’s former entries either. It was all Reynolds doing the heavy lifting. He just collected his royalty cheques. It really feels like Liefeld is trying very hard to be relevant right now and fight the fact he’s not been a seriously productive creator in decades.
