My favorite LG character in one of my games was deaf, and willfully assumed that his friends were good people who were advocating doing good things and that that they were apologizing anytime they spoke after committing an act that he found less than lawful or good.

I’ve never understood why being a social justice warrior could be considered an insult, unless it’s that Warrior is only an NPC class and we want to be Wizards, Fighters, Rangers, and Druids too. People who think being in favor of social justice is an insult are actually insulting themselves.

Yes! The 5E player’s handbook made great progress on inclusion and representation. I just wish they’d told the people making the 5E monster manual to do the same. (Seriously, sexy devils, Medusa, and a nude dryad? Harpies and hags?!?)
