I thought the correct terminology was “purrito.”

A long time ago, many companies would actually pay for higher education. And pensions. And benefits. But the stockholder board of directors decided that stockholders weren’t seeing enough value, i.e., themselves.

i mumbled my way through it every day.

We have a volunteer only army, and the immigrants along with transgender and gay people are willing to sacrifice their lives for the safety of this country. WTF is the Pentagon trying to do? Divide our troops even more? Hurt them by taking away fit fighting men and valuable assets?

Nikon: See, we told you there were no women photographers.

While training rednecks for militias is just fine and dandy!

Not only is this ruining people’s lives, but it will severely impair our ability as a nation to continue this kind of recruitment in the future.

I am white, and when I left “under God” absent from the Pledge in PUBLIC school, I was sent to the Principal’s office. I was told I had to mouth the words or spend the mornings pre-class in the school’s basement.

For the love of money is certainly the root of a great deal of this world’s ills.

It’s like another aphorism of mine: the only p.c. that has the power to shut people down cold is patriotic correctness. Of course somebody came up with the simpler “fascism” instead of “patriotically correct.”

I agree but insanity is not usually the issue, I’ve been in 25 years and I’m baffled daily by seemingly intelligent people in the military who don’t understand that defending what Kaep is doing is one of the main reasons the military exists to begin with. Anyone who uses the flag, the anthem, the military, the police

Gotta watch out for the people up top. Reminds me of when I worked for a Christian college. They paid their employees minimum wage. Even faculty made half of what they should have been paid. But profits were through the roof. The people up top made fortunes. If the people at the bottom asked to be paid for their hard

Any time you ask a non-insane military veteran their opinion on protests, they usually shut down nonsense of the variety Lurie is spouting (which is why nobody asks them any more, they just project their own insecurity).

“Not getting up from her bus seat? Disrespectful AND disruptive to the bus schedule.” — 4-year-old Jeff Lurie, 1955.

I’m so tired of this fake-ass “patriotism” bullshit. It attempts to shut down any discontented discourse by making someone feel like a traitor for a thought or disagreement. It’s basically passive-aggressive censorship and I’m done with it. It’s like anytime someone calls someone an anti-Semite when you voice

Nope.

Maybe he only went to Afghanistan and Iraq so he could legally kill brown people and save white culture.

“You will not replace us” is such a whiny little slogan. It’s like that kid on the playground hoarding his toys. Nobody wants your Gobots, Carter.

This is bullshit. People responsible for community management and people who build maps and design gameplay are not the same people. Kaplan is so full of shit and he always has been going back to his WoW days.

Boucher is seriously lucky he got to walk away. I’ve seen people in my hometown get a tune-up (or worse) for doing a lot less, even in broad daylight on a busy street.
