I have long legs too and I just did a 9 hour flight to the UK and back. My knees were so far into the back of the other seat it was comical. I felt like I was in a coffin and about 4 hours into the flights each way I started feeling anxiety because I couldn’t move.

I’ve had food poisoning a handful of times. I always hydrate as much as I can and I eat yogurt. Not too much but just an individual container, maybe one and a half.
