More often than I click the links that get paragraphs! Often, it's because they are so cryptic, I'm worried I'll miss a good joke if I don't click through.

This is exactly how I feel about these mags. I leafed through one in a waiting room a little while ago and left feeling just terrible about myself. I haven't read one since then.

It's marketing. A store is an interactive ad. It's not just a place to buy things, it's "an experience."
