I just use the lid and crack it open a little bit to let the steam out.  Never had a problem with that method.

Pressure cooker is the way to go. Barely cover the shells with water, get up to full pressure and cook for 15 mins. Then let the pressure down, release the lid, and strain out the contents. Good to go!

I use EIZO ScreenSlicer. There’s a nice GUI to set up the screen areas and then you simply use SHIFT as a hotkey to drag and drop windows into the defined areas. Very intuitive to set up and use.

I went from 3 vertical 21/22" monitors to a single 40" 4K last year and it’s been FANTASTIC. Perfect for my work. Physically similar in size to my old triple monitor set up but with more pixel density and the ability to blow up things extra large when needed (eg, reviewing detailed drawings...or gaming).

Note that you can turn off the automatic image review feature. Just about everybody turns that off on EVIL cameras due to the issue you pointed out. Otherwise I think your review was spot on for both positive and negative aspects.
