HolyMoly. This is a dream come true. As a massive RPG fan, this is an instant download. There’s even Jade Empire and Alpha Protocol inside! Thanks Jason!

I spent nearly 90 hours in D:OS. With Shadow of War dropping around the same time, I guess I will have to bid my social life goodbye.
That’s a strange way of spelling Makoto.
Yea, I’m actively avoiding spoilers and everything so I didn’t know about the waifus. But punk doctor has certainly peaked my interest.
I’m in the beginning stages as well. Google-Fu reveals that she’s actually one of the waifu. THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING!
Punk Doctor can be your waifu!!??? I didn’t know. This changes everything....
Yea i know. Making a game is no easy feat. For all the faults this game has, i’m still having a good time. The game has its moments as well. I think the general consensus is that they certainly would have benefited from a little more time in the oven.
Yea the human ones are terrible. Soulless and wooden, with no facial expressions. The aliens look comparatively better. Bioware needs to step up its game man. After Witcher 3, every RPG is going to be compared to it.
You can see where the animators hand-animated the scenes. The most famous one being that sex scene. Also, some of the aliens have perfect lip-synching but the humans well... Actually it seems like the aliens were better animated than the humans.
Aveline has the only companion I truly liked. Her personal quest is hilarious. I agree DA2 had certain issues, particularly unbalanced combat (rogue op) but i liked it enough to play through it twice/thrice? DAI on the other hand was a terrible slog.
yea, the lore between the two games have a lot in common. Iirc a dev or from a commentary, they stated that they took heavy inspiration from witcher’s world. Witchers and wardens are essentially the same organisation if you think about it.
Ughhh, the deep roads. The only emotion I remember feeling was genuine terror because of the song hespith was creepily singing. That song about how they turned a female dwarf into a broodmother freaked me out so much I had to turn the volume down. Wuss, i know. But the first time experiencing that freaked me the fuck…
Samies. I loved, loved DAO. Despite the hate DA2 gets, looking back, it isn’t really so bad. If you can get behind the same generic environments and combat, the story wasn’t terrible. Just different. DAI however.........that’s just just it nearly killed my love for the series.
Enderal has competent and coherent story albeit with flaws. But I can forgive that. And instead of giving you 100s of cardboard companions, Enderal gives you 2 well fleshed ones. Imo, it’s the Skyrim that I wanted. If you just enjoy a good story with fairly interesting characters you should with this a go.
Hell yea. I vastly preferred enderal over the original Skyrim. Now to dig up my old saves. Calia, here I come...again
As rightly pointed out by Evernessince, BnW is phenomenal. The main storyline is fantastic. Was the best way to wrap up the trilogy.
Some mild spoilers: the golden rooster is a card from the new gwent fraction in BnW. There’s also a cow... Both are super op cards though.
No particular order
Bethesda’s conference was so much better than EA. I sat through EA’s talk nearly bored to death and the only thing i was looking forward to ME:A, disappointed soo hard. Here’s looking forward to gutter enemies in dishonoured 2.
