I like the crafting style loot system, but I still think big endgame bosses (ie raid bosses) should have direct drops, or at least a halo drop. There is something about the instant gratification of seeing “Vex Myhoclast” drop that is more exciting than having crafting items drop..

the issue with stickies had more to do with their tracking being absurdly high. If they eliminated tracking, it would have balance the choice a lot more.
