Thanks, captain obvious.

That news reporter was terrible. She did and said a lot of things that wouldn’t have gotten her station sued in real life. She said the man was “murdered” and a journalist is supposed to use words such as “allegedly” and “killed,” never words that admonish guilt of a particular party until after a trial and sentence

I kind of hope it’s really awkward for the audience. Also that it awakens something in me.

People used to refer to someone being mute as “dumb” for a reason. People sucked back then when it came to understanding certain disabilities and illnesses.

TFA made them love Star Wars as a series. Before then they’d seen the other films but didn’t care as much about them and weren’t as interested in them. After TFA they “love” Star Wars. It made them fans. You make think it’s “meh” but I got to see it thru the eyes of my children.

Life is full of disappointments, but I’m also not going to base my happiness on how good a specific movie is.

I think it was a ‘cool’ lightsaber battle. I prefer the emotionally charged lightsaber fights in The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi personally. There was emotion behind those scenes, and the characters knew each other and what was at stake.

The Phantom Menace made me disappointed as a kid.

The Force Awakens made my kids love Star Wars, so say what you want but I’m excited.

My bowel movements are none of your business. I actually don’t recall, except it was maybe a little prior to to the halfway point of the movie.

I was someone who actually acknowledged how terrible the other Tranformers films were and still enjoyed them, but that last one was a big steaming pile of poop. I had to go to the bathroom at one point during the film (yes I saw it in the theater) and when I got back and sat down my son whispered to me “you missed the

As a side note, yes Bev’s father was sexually abusive to her.

I always just figured he liked to screw with his victims so he thought being a creepy clown was an effective way to do that. I mean, other than when he encounters Georgie he’s not exactly hiding the fact that he’s evil, even in his clown form.

I enjoyed this adaptation (I may have been one of the few fans to actually say that) but his Light wasn’t a sociopath, which bothered me just a little. It seems that they split the manga/anime character of Light into the two characters in the Netflix film of Light and his girlfriend; his girlfriend exhibiting some of

“I turn him into full red-eye Superman, and then there’s this big-ass fight between him and Wonder Woman,”

Well they’re not going to as long as they have access to food (by ‘looting’ or not).

One time a tornado hit a city in my state and even though there was plenty of warnings, it still hit a hospital and there were a lot of injuries and some deaths. You remind me of a guy I knew who just shook his head and said “they should have gotten out of the way.”

People taking food from grocery stores because they need food and the food is written off anyways and you’re worried about premiums?

None of the flood victims are in a life-threatening situation
