In this context, I think he’s referring to the “media” such as sites like this or film critics who make that leap. Obviously Hollywood actual uses the “buddy comedy” as a staple of several genres that don’t have any gay overtones (most of the time, anyways).

Since Valve has been known for its frequent updates. *looks over at the number 3*

Ross’s logic falls apart once you realize he doesn’t like the Avengers because he can’t control them. Just like he wanted the Hulk, to control him. He wants his own special powered people to do whatever he wants. He’s a less effective Amanda Waller.

I don’t disagree with what you’re saying but calling the person “stupid” is not productive for good discussion.

I thought the cops were already there, and they just never brought it up which to me meant that the cop talking to her at the end probably already knew about the scars and put two and two together at that moment when she asked her if she’d like to see her uncle.

I honestly didn’t expect them to die since they were such the opposite of the normal horror trope victim. That was as surprise to me when it happened, although it definitely escalated the peril of the situation.

I think this film ‘was’ the Horde’s birth, at least around the beast. The Horde personalities had finally gained control and had given control over the most power one. This was an origin story for this universe’s greatest villain. All other characters were secondary, even if they were the protagonists.

Just tell them to see Unbreakable. You don’t have to explain it and they get to benefit from watching a great movie.

I agree with you. I just saw her character as able to focus and stay calm just because she’d been in similar situations before (tragically). I never saw a superpower in her other than her own inner strength, which although defined her character, it was not outside the bounds of reality.

I have that Waste King garbage disposal, it’s great. My wife and I have lived in several places and I jokingly (but with truth) like to say she’s never met a garbage disposal she couldn’t destroy. Well at least not until I got the 1 hp Waste King after we bought a house and my wife destroyed the one that came with our

It’s okay to not like a movie, because no one is asking you to like it I’m willing to bet. It’s pretty pretentious of you to say that it makes dumb people feel smart. It wasn’t really about the aliens or even the language translation. That was just used as a vessel for the themes of love and loss.

ok

Funny, I had exactly the opposite thought.

That reminds me of Microsoft Movie Maker, a game where you have characters and sets and you could create little films, I loved that game as a kid.

Yay, it’s toys of the original and not the dreadful remake/reboot.

Sure guy. Just keep telling us that.

I’m really glad I avoided the sub-culture in college that apparently existed where dudes constantly looked at each other’s dicks.

Good to see Casper van Dien is still getting work, bless his heart.

My problem with Emerald City is it looks like a bunch of studio execs sat around and talked about how they could make a Game of Thrones rip off with as little effort on the writing and world-building as possible. Once someone said Game of Thones people probably shouted popular works that could be cheaply adapted, and

Maybe damaged or Tony takes it back, out of fear Petey would choose a fight he can’t win.
