As a person who originally felt certain statues should remain in place, the biggest game changer was reading when and why many of them were installed. Particularly the dedication speeches of the statues. Those really should be reported on, moreso than the statue itself.

That’s possible. Some of keys were more worn through than others. I also used it for a few years, then it was in storage for a year or so and I pulled it back out. So either it slowly good over time and I never noticed until I hadn’t seen it for a year or it happened while in (cold) storage.
