When u wanted the SSR, but have HHR money...

US EEZ starts 200 miles out. “national waters” are 12 miles/20km

“He was doing it way worse than me!” Wasn’t a valid defense in 3rd grade, and it still isn’t.

It’s the country-fried truck endorsed by a clown!

Counterpoint: Never visit Buy-Here-Pay-Here lots.

Ha. I saw this too. The irony of an article about quality being written with poor quality, is thick.

“Recking havoc?”

The Baja is a bad take....

May have low miles, but it’s still a mid-’00s EJ25 in it....so not a matter of if it will need head gaskets, but when.

So unless you want to set aside a good $2500 or so in an “emergency fund” - not a good idea.

Also nothing I would consider as a “classy” car - more “utilitarian”.

I rode one as a kid. Flipped it within 30 seconds.

We really should create a memorial of all the bland, boilerplate faux-apologies that people like this give, when they get caught using language they’re so used to in casual conversation, that they feel okay using it on a public livestream without their friends even reacting much. Every single apology reads the same...

Beautiful rare car. There was a time when Japanese cars were pretty low on the collector car totem pole. Recent prices of old Datsuns and even Hondas and Toyotas that aren’t that old reflect a seismic shift in this thinking. This is easy nice price, and should only go up over time. It’s obscurity is probably holding

A Celica probably would compare well, and those are worth a similar amount in the same type of condition. The Isuzu is less common and arguably better looking too.

For the price of a used Camry this is a lovely future classic/hidden gem, and looks to be market correct. NP.

At least for me, Hershey’s tastes like Hershey’s - it’s what I ate as a child and even though I’m aware that it doesn’t taste like “good” chocolate, I still enjoy it for what it is. It’s like Taco Bell in that you know what you’re expecting.

Super long winded way of saying I don’t give a shit about child slavery as long as I don’t see it.

I don’t know how to feel. Part of me says that $6400 should get you a car that you actually want. Nobody wants a LeSabre. A Buick LeSabre is a car you just sort of end up with.

I second this. Very few pictures to show the vehicle’s general condition. No plates nor vin to run a carfax, the tires have a 2018 date code and look bald according to the only picture I can get.

Pontiac Solstice GXP enters the chat.

Sounds like a Farmer’s Insurance commercial

To clarify some comments in here. Those wheels are stock. Yes chrome wheels look horrible on this car. Also the A-pillar gauge pod was very popular on DSM cars back in the 90's. It means this car has been modded and the boost cranked up. While the engine held up fairly well to higher boost the transmission did not.
