VW: Here’s the buttons you wanted, you’re welcome!

Not my car, fortunately. Several of us at work were on our way to a conference and we stopped for gas. One guy bought a Starbucks frappe or whatever those things in the glass bottle are. Back in the car and underway, he was talking shop while shaking the bottle. He twisted the cap off while still talking, talked some

Call it what you want, I know her thought process and she was actively considering both vehicles (as well as a Hummer H2, a Hyundai, and a Mazda5) to serve as her daily driver.

LOL, thanks! This anecdote is brought to you courtesy of my aunt, who has made some of the most baffling choices and decisions I’ve ever heard of, automotive or otherwise, including:

I am related to a person who cross-shopped a 540i and a V10 Econoline, so anything is possible.

Are those the ones that didn't exist?

Nothing about concave rear windows (El Camino, Ferrari 308)? How about fastbacks with windows in the tail (CRX, Prius, Citroen XM, Maserati Khamsin)? How about the plexiglass roof on the Fairlane Crown Victoria? So many missed opportunities...

That’s what sad about it. There’s nothing special here. All the comments are “Eh, it’s cheap so NBD.” For some reason, these never got the respect the SHO did. Not that they should. They've always been kind of a trailer park car IMO.

The active spoiler on my 996 has a secondary CHMSL already built into it for this reason. I wonder why Porsche didn’t just do that.

Carlos Carrazana Ricardo was described as a car lover”

I stared and stared and didn't see it until I noticed the license plate niche is wider.

It still blows my mind that these were available with a manual. I only know that because my driving instructor in ‘83 owned one.

So we’re not gonna talk about someone with a Russian-sounding name driving around in a car disguised to look like an apparatus of official law enforcement? If she had a Muslim-sounding name you can bet a certain section of the media/internet would be losing its mind screaming that she’s part of an invasion sleeper

Everybody sucks here, from “move fast and break shit” libertarian tech bros to lawmakers who can’t be bothered to actually make laws anymore. I’m surprised there hasn’t already been a massive lawsuit on behalf of everyone who’s been hurt or killed by this tech.

Snow tires and AWD make me wary of rust. It’s depressing how many buyers use these to commute over salty roads because they think AWD = winter commuter, as if god didn’t give us cheap F-150 beaters. If all checks out, NP.

Look, it's real simple. When your mom calls you a little shit, she's using a term of affection. She earned that right when she raised your sorry ass. But when anybody else calls you a little shit, they're out of line. Or maybe not, in your case.

4198 Clayton Rd

Yeah, but the weight that’s distributed is 4700 pounds. For a two seater not-really-a-truck.

Worst cab ride? A Nigerian guy who assumed that because I present Black that I’d be a good audience for his anti-American ranting. He started out complaining about marijuana laws, which I think he was right about, but don’t come here and bitch about the laws, because you had the choice not to come here. Then as we got

On-the-nose names are the worst. Put some effort into it!
