I eat beef (steaks) regularly and I eat it from well done to medium rare. But on two different occasions I have contracted E. Coli., though they were mild cases I've learned my lesson. When I order out I always order well done or medium well, if I'm grilling I'm not scared to do the medium rare or on occasion
