Most dealers won’t have a title to give you day of, they often mail them, even with cash. I guess they assumed it would come, and just didn’t notice when it didn’t? Both times I bought cash from a dealer, different dealers each time, I received the title a few days later.

getting 50XP per game, regardless of if it was a good game or not, is so stale. 

1) in-game XP results in a disincentive to play the objective and just go around killing people, which is not fun for those who actually try to play the objective and 2) they then can make the challenges be somewhat game-type-specific yet attainable.
