Ive thought about getting a truck bed tent, but i always wonder about leveling. Sleeping on a tilted surface is pretty uncomfortable, any issues with that?

really? Ah man, im stoked! i loved the first few games, but i had the 360 version of double agent, and hated how it just felt like a generic action game. I wanted the stealth missions!

can run games from the last 20 years at least without patches”

Hmm.. this looks interesting...

It was already known at time of the one x release that this would be coming 2020 or 2021

Last gen is 6 years old. The one x is still part of the Xbox one generation. When they launched the one x they had already made it known that next gen would come around 2020

Halo is confirmed for Xbox one, Xbox Scarlett, and windows 10

They probably won't add much, but I doubt they would reduce the current app selection and feature set

I think they specified that the 4x was cpu performance

i would think so. Android auto updates from the playstore, so unless there are some specific dependencies on android Q, it should be fine

but those 8 years are how long the fleet uses them, they dont get scrapped after those 8 years, they go onto the cheap used cars market and probably get abother 8-10 years of use there.

17 was a great game, even with the bullshit VC. Since it was so good, it sold a lot, and that lead to an all time amount of VC purchased (they pushed it a lot that year, but you could easily survive without it.)

I like the 2k nba games, but its become a boycott for me until they fix this shit. It has ruined the game mode that drove me to buy it every year. I think most people are upset, but instead of just not buying the VC or game, they begrudgingly give 2k/take2 an extra $20-40 for VC every year

doesnt matter much to the end user what revenue stream the company profits from. (also im prettys sure they only sell their consoles at a loss for the first few months to a year)

ah that makes more sense, i was thinking official controllers, since the majority of users dont use the specialist stuff, but everybody needs controllers

“or is Sony going to pull the same crap Microsoft did with the Xbox 360 and Xbox One and make peripherals arbitrarily incompatible?”

Thats an odd dig at microsoft seeing as how the xbox 360 and xbox one used completely different communication standards for connections, making a fairly legitimate tech reason they didnt

xbox one plays xbox 360 games (x86 v powerPC) for this reason. The PS4 is almost certainly capable of playing pS3 games with a lot of work, the PS5 should definitely be able to

“(which admitedly they had little choices but to drop from PS3 to PS4 due to completely different architectures making it very hard to achieve)“

consoles can easily still be cheaper for casual games, whether PC elitists want to accept that or not. I spent $250 on the console, $50 on extra controllers, and under $300 on games the 7 years that i owned it. console games are often on sale these days. I like PC gaming, and play a decent amount on my okayish laptop,

xbox one and ps4 cant play games off disk anymore, they have to install the full game to the HDD before running it
