hmmmm, still seems like shit.

i havent played the actual game, but can you really magically jump like 25m? or fly around with the parachute, and even gain altitude and momentum? if so, i never ever want to play this game, because it makes it seem like shit.

I am mostly excited for the single player, but I loved the multiplayer

Notice, I said that I always save on the game i buy. Mentioning a game that I'm not interested in buying does not prove that I am wrong. I am NOT saying pc gaming can't be cheaper, but console gaming has been cheaper SO FAR, for ME.

well, this blows. i finally get it downloaded, and am ready to install and play, then i go to download the last requirmement. (source sdk.) and am givin a 5hour estimated download time!

If you can build a pc that can play every modern game on medium-fairly high graphics just fine, for 200$, you may be onto something. But you can't. Not every pc game has a physical copy, and when they do, they are much harder to find. A decent gaming pc costs around 600$ to build, and that will give me about the same graphics as a console, if I want amazing graphics, id lay around 800$. I paid 200$ for my Xbox, and it came with games. I saved ~500$ right there.…

My pc cost me very little, and can do anything I need it too, except newer games. As for cheaper games, I have steam, and have yet to see a game I am willing to buy be cheaper on steam than it is on eBay, or ksl, so them being cheaper on pc is not necessarily a fact. well, i am in the process of downloading black mesa, my internet is super slow, so i didnt want to download it if it wouldnt run, but i decided to just go ahead and try. Does the game you mention require half-life 2? i dont have that.
