“A few hours” and you’ve got characters at level 40?! I finally got a 5-star character and the intro was amazing! But I still only have the one and he’s only up to like level 7, most of them are around level 9 and I’ve played for probably ten hours.

I only bought I think 5 loot boxes for this event, but I’ve gotten a ton of the skins and stickers. I imagine people get this furious at every single RNG event of any kind and there’s nothing any game maker can do to stop it without deliberately increasing the drop rates.

Again, just missing the point——it’s not implicitly supposed to have anything to do with black history. That’s the point. I’d like to think any American president is a historical figure, but Lincoln sure seems like he stands alone a little bit.

Lincoln, for example, did fight for rights, even if you don’t think he was the outlier for abolition. But he certainly was an important historic American figure if nothing else.

It does for me! When you had to pay to be competitive such as in the Modern Warfare games I couldn’t do it, but Overwatch is simply cosmetic and I don’t find it difficult to resist at all, even if I do love opening loot boxes to get my duplicate voice lines for characters I never use.

But it’s all cosmetic. All of it. It’s paint.
