Oh! Excellent idea. I’m one of those people that can’t sleep if I get too hot. I have been known to take freezing cold baths or showers before bed if I don’t have A/C but I never thought of putting cold water in a hot water bottle.

Same here. I don’t even get a good feeling from alcohol. I just get really sleepy. I was prescribed opiates after having my stomach cut open and ended up vomiting. You do not want to vomit the day after having your stomach sewn up. I’m just not a good candidate for addiction, I guess. It’s a blessing and a curse.

I switched to using Opera mobile for Facebook mobile—that way I can still access the chat messages without going through any hoops. Opera isn’t the best, but at least I don’t have to wrestle with two apps or fight the URL.
