This game can’t be overhyped. It’s the most fun single player game I’ve ever played, and I’m hardly alone in that opinion.

And how boring would it be if I picked up a 60 damage weapon 2 hours into the game and it’s the only one I needed to use for the next 40+ hours? The weapon system as implemented adds thought and depth that wouldn’t otherwise be there (i.e. should I use this sword now or save it for an important fight later?)

I sincerely beg to differ. Metroid, Dead Rising, and Majora’s Mask come to mind.

And Fast RMX. These four games are the best to pick. If you don’t own Shovel Knight, pick up too.

There are other possibilities, certainly, but the tone and tamber of many articles surrounding the N64 and older consoles seems to hit, “Wow, no one’s likely heard of this,” which sort’ve discounts those of us in our mid-30's and older, y’know? ;)

The title was seriously the only thing I was worried about with this game. Branding yourself as a numbered sequel is just asking for trouble.

Meanwhile a 32GB 9.7 inch iPad Pro costs twice as much. And the 3 1/2 year old iPad Mini 2 at 32GB is only $30 cheaper. But whatever.

Assuming you’re throwing in $100 for a memory card, how are you building a “pretty powerful” gaming computer, monitor included, for $400?
