the new camry with the two tone white paint job looks great

I’m more concerned with door dings than runaway carts. If I park right next to the corral, that’s one side that another car can’t park beside

Also, you can park over close to the corral. It won’t door ding you, the car on the other side will.

True. Especially when the corral rarely get’s used. All I need it to see a cart left 1 spot over from the corral to enforce my already severely dismissed opinion of humanity. And I also will always park at the higher point of a parking lot that has any visually measurable slope at all. Hint for those not sure; it’s

Except some people just sort of fling their carts toward the corral and don’t really give a s*** if it goes in or not. Then you have the subset of d*****s who would make a slight detour to gouge you on the way.

I long thought the handicapped spaces should be next to the corrals. Its a nice thought to have them near the front door, but then you (Me) have to hobble halfway across the parking lot to get a cart.

When I'm in a car I care about that's exactly what I do, park on the high ground if there is any..

You’ve also got the corral to block carts, which makes it roughly 20% safer than being surrounded by cars, which are wont to come and go as they please.

Assuming the guy hurling the cart into the corral from 20 feet away hits his mark.

It’s mostly Lego at this point. Swap in one set of parts to drive between tracks, then swap them out for the race trim, run it, then repeat.

In most cases, they claim they need to pay the CEO a competitive rate with for-profit companies in order to attract talent.

You’re confusing my position as a defense of her actions. It is not, and I repeatedly said as much. It is ridiculous to say otherwise.

yeah, a snowball. We don’t know about the consistency, but we had more than a few snowball fights growing up ending with blood because you could pack it so hard and when hit in the face it would easily bloody.

Definitely an overreaction on the part of the driver. But c’mon. Don’t throw snowballs at cars. A certain type of snowball may seem mostly harmless, but I can’t tell you how many broken/cracked car windows I’ve seen from errant/intentional snowballs.

Until that snow happens to be rock hard and goes through ones windshield....

Agree with you there. I’m commenting on the people who always wax on how it could make 700hp. Well it was extremely expensive in the early 90s and they were hard to come by even in Japan. Today it’s much cheaper, but it’s still a sideshow due to its rarity.

“...snowballs are possibly one of the least offensive. They rarely cause damage, they’re made of water...”

100% agree.

I grew up in Cleveland. Jerks who did this when I lived there did real damage to cars. The response may have been wrong, but the snowball hitting the car was also wrong. I’m fairly certain I can dent a car 100% of the time if I hit it with a snowball. Also don’t forget the distraction the sudden event can cause.
