They don’t have the LS weight right. A fully dressed LS weighs in the neighborhood of 500 lbs. (497 lbs., actually). With a beefier diff and trans, you’re looking at adding around 200 lbs. to a 2,850-lb, car, minimal. So now you have an LS-powered car that weighs right around 3,050-3,100 lbs. when you can get an

Well, I think LS swapping an S2000 is pointless because an LS-swapped S2000 isn’t really that much lighter than a convertible ‘Vette. That, and the F20C/F22C are pretty much the best part of the S2000.

I like the idea. I like it even more with an optional TRD supercharger, should they make something like that available.

No, man. No. There is no Supra anymore. Just a Z4 coupe.

I liked the S-Type when it was new, but the person trying to sell this thing has admitted to spending more than the asking price on keeping the thing running. No thanks.

Buy the Miata if you like to drive and need your car to provide you with reliable transportation.

This is what I came here to say.

I lived in Texas when I had mine, but it was the same story there.

I still miss my Ghia. It did have a nose full of bondo that I was planning on replacing eventually.

When I first saw the story about this truck, the very first thing I thought was, “Toyota is going to straight-up trade him a brand-new Tundra for that thing. They’ll use it in some promotions, and maybe even dissect it to see what worked, and, knowing Toyota, what they could improve on the next Tundra.” And I felt

No, Porsche, vampires don’t exist, but your cars sure suck.

Those Exploders felt like such clunkers to drive back then. It was like everything was about a quarter-turn loose.

Financially, I think I’d be better off if I withdrew $20 grand in cash and set it on fire.

One used Range Rover, no warranty.

People say a manual transmission is the ultimate anti-theft device these days, but I think a booger-encrusted steering wheel beats it by a pretty fair margin.

The only thing I take issue with in this article is the “flammability of hydrogen” bit.

LOL, this thing is going to be such a piece of shit. Fortunately for Toyota, they won’t sell enough of these junkers to tank their reliability ratings. Looking forward to seeing them flop.

What really sucks is the price of new trucks has driven up the price of used trucks to absurd levels. I’m looking at trucks now, and I’m finding 15-year-old examples with 200,000 miles with asking prices of $10k. So, yeah, 10 grand for a truck that’s pretty much used up.

I’d do what most people do: Take care of the general maintenance items and skip fixing the AC, which I’m sure is at least $2,500 worth of that bill.

For me, it’s really the range starting with the E30 and ending with the E46. All have something to recommend them, but none of them quite get the entire package right.
