Neutral: 2014 Fusion, owned for 10 months, 13k miles. Had a plastic cover fall off where the sun visor attaches to the headliner, and the exterior trim piece on the driver’s door frame sometimes makes a creaking noise when I shut the door. This trim piece, sort of shiny black plastic, seems prone to light scratches…

Regular SYNC has always worked pretty well, it was MyFordTouch that had the bugs, but even that has been improved. MFT in my Fusion hasn’t had any issues in almost a year.

Second time out with an instructor, and apparently is was time for some night driving. So we head out (in a very tired Cavalier with the most worn clutch I’ve ever used) at about 5, sunset. Shortly after getting on the nearest main road, instructor decides this would be a good time to do some freeway driving. Great…
