Logic would seem to indicate that if Mueller was hot on something truly important, he would have made that known prior to the 2018 election so as to make sure it didn’t happen again. When that didn’t happen it was a pretty strong indicator (to me anyway) that he hadn’t uncovered anything truly Earth-shattering.
