Not gonna lie, I do love my job. I am grotesquely underpaid for what I do but I would rather work for a company I love with people I love doing stuff that I love than get paid double for enduring corporate hell.

Omg are you a chemist?! I am so impressed with your knowledge! How do you know what has long chain molecules and what doesn’t??? I feel you though on all the hardship and the biggest myth of all is that we’ll grow out of it after we’re teenagers. I was unprepared for a lifetime of this shit.

How did you figure out it was the stearic acid etc. that was causing the acne?  Did you get that diagnosed by a dermatologist or just trial and error on your part?  Ugh I feel like I’m so bad at figuring out cause and effect stuff on my body...

And here I thought cranberries floated.

I’ve never had problems with my skin (no pimples, no dryness, no uneven tone, no seasonal changes save for an extra boost of dewiness in the humid Australian summer, which a lot of people loathe but I fucking live for) but I cannot stand the feeling of heavy moisturizers. Serums all the way. As for shampoo, I was my

I was once like you. I couldn’t even get on board with Jezebel’s Favorite Chris (Pine) wearing a mustache in Hell or High Water, no matter how good the movie.

Shitting on a job at Trader Joe’s is an epic case of classicism. To us lowly small business owners and everyday workers, TJ’s pays very well, has a fantastic record for employee satisfaction, and it offers some of the most complete employee healthcare packages with a focuse on ethical business practices..... soooo,

Yale gear AND his TJ’s name tag. I love him.

I do it a lot. Granted, its normally in a show/movie and Im trying to figure out where else Ive seen them.

HE WORE HIS NAME TAG TO THE INTERVIEW!!! God, Mr. Owens is awesome.

I shop at Whole Foods.
I buy organic everything.
I buy in bulk.

Take care of your vocal chords, kids.

Ah fair!!! I literally only use the shadow and lip insurance because I haven’t found something else that works as well. I generally don’t follow any of the drama in the makeup world, but being an arsehole, Nazi supporter anti vaccine monster tends to filter out to even the least informed.

Co sign, you need to drop that guy. WAY too needy.

I wouldn’t have much patience for someone who is really really into mostly one-sided conversations. Men who like to hear themselves talk get boring very quickly.

The Tarte Amazonian Clay eyeliners (in the pots) are awesome. I have super oily eyelids, and have to use a primer as well.

Wait, what did TooFaced do?

Thanks. I will try the Color Pop. What’s been (sort of) working for me is UD primer, followed by Maybelline Eye Studio gel, applied with a fine brush, set with eye shadow and again with powder. I’m not fighting upper lid transfer, though. I’m fighting the dreaded Raccoon Eye.

Bless you a million, all this info is a godsend for my crazy oily, sensitive eyes! Can’t wait to try the NYX.
