Q wasn’t a ghost writer for Drake, he was credited on the album. I thought this whole thing was clear after the Meek Mill saga.

The East Midlands is not the whole country. It’s like the UK’s version of the lesser parts of the Midwest. But everywhere has some decent places now, American food’s still as bland as it’s ever been.

“It’s even more frustrating when the low-information/low-self-awareness fucker happens to be the person you’re fucking. It’s fine to want what you want—because of course it is—but unless you’re interested only in solo sex, you need to be able to share your reasons.”

FYI: blond is the male spelling, blonde is female. I think you might have made some people really, really hopeful, and then really, really disappointed.

Guyville’s still a great record and Whip-Smart stands up too, but if I remember rightly the S/T album mostly got bad reviews because Phair got Avril Lavigne’s team in to write and produce the album. That, and H.W.C. of course.

Lexi Alexander directed Punisher War Zone, which was far better than any film Superman’s ever been in.

Those were ripped off by every bad Hollywood romantic comedy for the next decade.

That user name isn’t enough? They’re clearly a true Aussie legend through and through.

Hmm. I’d say Kerr Smith’s face is more off putting. Having said that, did Michelle only turn up because she had Busy there as her minder?

“The Wing offers a real benefit for women and gender minorities that public spaces very patently do not.”

Bruce Willis and Mickey Rourke.

Why would someone regarded (by some people at least) as a serious artist like Sting feel the need to collaborate with an American fluffball like Shaggy, who by the way, puts on an accent that’s every bit as fake as Sting’s was back in the 70's, for credibility of all things? They obviously just dig each other’s music.

Now he’s had expensive dentistry done and has lines on his face, Rob Liefeld is beginning to look like a Rob Liefeld character. And you can’t see his feet in that photo either.

Woah, woah, woah. The Frank Miller Daredevil books are still among the best comic books ever written, and his Wolverine books were ace too. He went off the boil hugely later on in his career but that doesn’t negate the greatness or influence of his early work.

Bony?? That’s about two decades in the past.

Eh. I remember thinking at the time it sounded like a rip off of Kylie’s Confide in Me, and 20 years hasn’t done anything to change that. It’s still a decent album though.

Wow, as in much worse than this one? Because those excerpts above look terrible.

While I have no doubt the incident had some kind of effect on Fraser’s career, isn’t the much more pertinent factor that he’s never been a draw outside of adventure films (and he had a couple of big hits with those a few years after this incident), and he simply doesn’t have the physique for that anymore?

Maybe. I also figured that line could have been referring to Los Angeles and Hollywood fame rather than an actual person.

Speaking of which, no mention that Don’t Turn Around came to prominence as a huge hit (in Europe anyway) for Aswad in the late 80's? I had no idea Tina Turner had ever recorded it.
