No cheap LED bulb reproduces the light of a halogen or incandescent. I read and write for work the entire day and quality of light matters when it comes to eye strain and headaches.

I never said I have a flat rate for electricity, so I don’t know where you’re getting that from. I have lived in places where flat rate for electricity exists, but what that means is that you are charged a flat rate for whatever you use on average or your neighbors use.
